► Rate Your Landlord

UBSU is running a rate your landlord scheme which is to help students when looking for a new house to rent. Anyone can take part in this survey if they have lived in a privately rented house/flat. These include flats rented out by individual landlords and estate agents.

The personal data collected will not be used in any way. UBSU will collate a list of top three recommended landlords so that students know who students recommend.

Also any complaints that we receive will be looked into. If anyone has any issues regarding accommodation they can speak to louise.tadiar@beds.ac.uk .
